The User Group is organised as a series of regional workshops/meetings/seminars and
meets every year (usually in September) to decide what new features and improvements
are required in the future. The resulting wish list is then prioritised and the features
included in the design specification for future updates of the software. The User Group
Meeting is also a forum for advice and support - the agenda includes a substantial
learning element in which questions are answered and techniques demonstrated.
