When emailing:
  • Please do not include drawings with your initial request. If these are required, they will be asked for by the person dealing with your request
  • Please include with your email as much information as possible to help us resolve your issue quickly, including:
    • A full a description of any error messages that occur
    • If possible, print screen images that show the message and drawing window. (Use the [PrtSc] key to capture this)
    • If known, the last or current command being run or the command that generated the error
    • Your current version and build of KeySCAPE. This can be found from Core > About KeySCAPE
    • Confirmation that the problem is drawing specific or occurs on all, even blank drawings
