What is a Service Agreement
KeySCAPE Systems have a firm commitment to our after sales service. The
Annual Support Agrement is for users of our software and includes technical support and free upgrades to our software. The cost of the agreement is free in the first year with an option to renew the agreement on an annual basis.
Supporting the Annual Service Agreement, through subscription, is a cost-effective way for you to keep your software up to date and keep abreast of technological developments. It also ensures you can obtain help and advice when you need it.
- FREE Telephone/fax/email HOTLINE Support (maximum 2 hour response time)
- Free upgrade to our software
- Membership to the User Group
- Where practical, intermediate maintenance upgrades to meet individual needs
- Access to the User section of our Web page for downloads and exchange of information
- Issues of our SCAPENews Newsletter
