What is a Service Agreement
KeySCAPE Systems have a firm commitment to our after sales service. The Annual Support Agreement is for users of our software and includes technical support and free upgrades to our software. The cost of the agreement is free in the first year with an option to renew the agreement on an annual basis.
Supporting the Annual Service Agreement, through subscription, is a cost-effective way for you to keep your software up to date and keep abreast of technological developments. It also ensures you can obtain help and advice when you need it.
