The KeyCORE Database Failed Initialisation

Issue:
KeySCAPE fails to open with the following message

Solution 1:
Go to Start > All Programs > KeySCAPE Systems > [KeySCAPE Version] > Configure KeySCAPE. For each module tab, check the database location and name is correct. If not browse to the correct database.

By default, our databases will be installed to:
Core C:\KeySCAPE Systems Application Data 10.7\All Users\KeyCORE\Database\KSC_Database.mdb
Site Survey C:\KeySCAPE Systems Application Data 10.7\All Users\KeySITESURVEY\Database\KSS_Database.mdb
Softworks C:\KeySCAPE Systems Application Data 10.7\All Users\KeySOFTWORKS\Database\KSW_Database.mdb
Hardworks C:\KeySCAPE Systems Application Data 10.7\All Users\KeyHARDWORKS\Database\KHW_Database.mdb

Solution 2 (64-bit version only):
KeySCAPE has to install some Microsoft Office drivers (Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010) so that it can access the database, and for some import / export functions. If a 32-bit version of Office exists on the computer, KeySCAPE will silently fail to install the 64-bit version of the drivers. When the program is run for the first time, you will receive the above message, and KeySCAPE will not run.

To correct this problem, we suggest uninstalling 32-bit Microsoft Office, then download and install AccessDatabaseEngine_x64.exe from the Microsoft website.
