Issue:
You run the database Repair utility and it activates the MSI configure utility then reports unknown file type errors.
Solution:
Download and save the latest version of the database repair utility in to the appropriate folder of either your KeySCAPE or KeySCAPE LT installation folder, typically:
KeySCAPE: C:\Program Files\KeySCAPE Systems\KeyCORE
KeySCAPE LT: C:\Program Files\KeySCAPE Systems\KeySCAPE LT 2007
