Issue:
You encounter errors when you attempt to uninstall earlier versions of KeySCAPE, KeyPAVING or KeyPLANTING.
Solution:
Please check with your system manager BEFORE you implement the solution below.
To resolve this issue please download and run the Microsoft Windows Installer Clean Up Utility, as follows:
- Log-on as a local administrator
- Download and run the Microsoft Windows Installer Clean Up Utility
- Once the installation is complete, go to Start>All Programs>Microsoft Windows Installation Clean Up.
- In the Windows Installation Clean Up dialog, select the application you wish to uninstall
- Pick [Remove] to start the uninstall, selecting any prompts as appropriate.
