Issue:
You are attempting to install KeySCAPE on a 64-bit version of Windows that has a 32-bit version of Microsoft Office already installed and receive the following message:
Solution:
Due to restrictions in the 64-bit Microsoft Access drivers that KeySCAPE uses to connect to its databases, 64-bit editions of KeySCAPE are unable to run side by side with the following Microsoft Office products:
Microsoft Office XP
Microsoft Office 2003
Microsoft Office 2007
Microsoft Office 2010 (32-bit edition)
To correct this issue you must un-install these products before attempting to install KeySCAPE on a 64-bit machine. KeySCAPE is fully compatible with the 64-bit edition of Microsoft Office 2010.
